How will items be shipped?

All shipping is conducted through UPS. 

Can I have a preorder item shipped to me?

Preorders are currently only available for in-store pickup.

Why is in-store pickup the only option for my order?

Some items such as aerosol paints and pre-order items are only available for in-store pickup. Additionally, some in stock items may be temporarily unavailable for shipping as we are still processing dimensions and weight information. Please email [email protected] regarding such items and we will add that information to our system ASAP!

I would like to return something from my online order, how do I do that?

First, please refer to our returns page to ensure your item is eligible for a return. After that, please email [email protected].
