Welcome to the ZOETROPE Time Agency.
In this second edition of the core roleplaying game, ZOETROPE takes your play group on an impromptu time travel journey run on cards. There is no pre-game preparation to do, simply sit down, shuffle the decks, deal out the cards, and get moving on your time travel shenanigans! Features art by Rickie Lee Benedetto.

ZOETROPE seats 1 Operator who runs the story and 2-6 Agents.
Games last anywhere from 1-2 hours.
No pre-planning necessary!
Agents will be given a mission, determined by the Operator or randomly generated by the Events deck. They will then use their Action, Gear, Weapon, and Time cards to make progress toward solving the mission by placing their cards on the Timeline in the center of the table. As they progress, the Operator will be called on to place hurdles in the way of the Agents until they can no longer complete their mission.
Then Agents simply rewind time, get a restock of cards, and try again! Play lasts until the mission is taken care of. The free-form of the game allows play groups to determine when the fun ends, and using the cards as prompts, all forms of role play are supported. Play as your agents, acting out what they do, or narrate how the story unfolds. Let ZOETROPE lead your time travel journey, not be a barrier to your fun!
